Digital Strategy, Healthcare
We’re looking for a Survey Designer with skills in crafting comprehensive questionnaires for multiple cultures, to join our international team working on a flexible, commissioned project basis.
The successful consultant will have the opportunity to work on exciting digital strategy projects for major clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and government sectors.
Specialist skills
You should have skills in the following areas:
- Multi-cultural sensitivity
- Survey design / questionnaire design
- Online survey implementation, ideally with QuestionPro or similar
- Survey results analysis
- User experience and analytics
- Research, results measurement, and analysis

- Work from home, or on some contracts from your choice of one of our international locations (you will report to our London office but you may usually work from anywhere in the world).
Responsibilities
Individual consultancy commissions will be carried out as scoped by the Head of Strategy Implementation. You will be responsible for the successful implementation or delivery of your commissioned consultancy components, which will vary by project.
Your attributes
- You should be highly self-motivated, and proactive about learning new skills
- You should have an inquiring mind and love solving problems
- You must focus on results, and care about attention to detail
- You must be an excellent communicator
Your experience
- You should have at least two years experience in survey design.
- Experience working on digital projects in healthcare or government would be advantageous.
- The ability to communicate in multiple languages will also be an advantage.
