Digital Strategy, Government

We’re looking for an exceptional individual with experience in digital strategy and the public sector, to join us as a specialist in CRM, business systems, integration, and cultural change management.

The opportunity

Initially, you could expect a flexible assignment of work which could range up to 40 hours or more per month. The amount of hours that you work are in your control, and may at times fit around other obligations that you have through another employer or contract. You will always have the right to turn down work if it is not possible for you to complete it, however by regularly taking on assignments you will also be eligible for the Creation Interactive profit sharing scheme, in addition to your regular contracted rate.

Contracts will often be at a fixed rate, for a fixed scope of work. From time to time you may also be asked to take on retainer consultancy work which would require a commitment of hours per month or hours per week.

Working from a location of your own choosing, you will connect and communicate with other Creation Interactive consultants using online collaboration tools. Each project team has tasks, each with a clear brief. The piece or pieces of work that you complete will be reviewed by other team members, to ensure quality control before any final recommendations are made to the client.

Typically, you will be provided with resources and tools on a need-to-know basis, in the context of the fixed scope of work you are undertaking.

You will report to the Head of Strategy Implementation.

The company

Creation Interactive is a digital engagement strategy consultancy with a focus on healthcare and government. We’ve developed a specialist understanding of the opportunities and issues our clients in these industries face when it comes to digital engagement, and we’re helping them to plan for, achieve and measure some great results.

Our work includes the development of digital strategies behind award-winning pharmaceutical campaigns; multiple-agency digital project management; social media strategy implementation; and work with government agencies to improve return on investment through digital marketing.

We’re not an agency – we don’t carry out creative design, advertising, web development, or any of the creative services you would expect from a digital agency. Our clients choose us because we have ‘no axe to grind’ when it comes to digital strategy. So we’re in a unique position to provide truly independent advice about what is working.

We think that positions Creation Interactive in the most dynamic, exciting place at the forefront of the digital industry. And we’d like you to help us strengthen that position.

Your attributes

You are aware that success in digital marketing still boils down to the time-tested concept of the customer journey.

In your mind, the idea of experimental marketing – without a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs and behaviour – is ludicrous.

You have keen insight into the best ways to bring technological and systems change into large organisations. It is sometimes a delicate and diplomatic balance, ensuring internal stakeholder engagement when there are such disparate groups as IT, legal teams, marketing and communications, and of course the executive management team.

With great attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture, you want to find the most efficient and effective integration solutions that will help your client to achieve more with less. Of course, you are intimately familiar with the capabilities and weaknesses of vendors such as SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. RightNow, NetSuite, SiebelCRM, Oracle, GoldMine, and even Access!, to name but a few.

You are looking to be involved with a consultancy that has international reach, and will give you access to projects and brands on the global stage. You understand that the Internet provides the means for you to work flexibly and remotely, yet you know how to stay engaged and self-motivated in a virtual team environment.

Sure, you have a lot of experience and stay on the ‘bleeding-edge’, yet you are also willing to share your knowledge with up-and-coming consultants.

Is this you?

If you have the attributes and essential experience we’re looking for, and are excited about the opportunity to take the next step in your career with Creation Interactive, we’d love to hear from you.
