Digital Strategy, Healthcare
We’re looking for a talented business development and account manager with experience in digital strategy and the healthcare industry, to join us in the role of Associate Director of Digital Engagement, Healthcare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development and client satisfaction amongst a set of focus clients and prospects in healthcare.

The role
If you are currently achieving new business success amongst healthcare clients for an agency or consultancy, and have a thorough understanding of digital strategy, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career as an associate director in a growing consultancy.
You will be accountable to the Director of Digital Engagement, Healthcare & Government, who you will work with to choose your own prospects and accounts.
The company
Creation Interactive is a digital engagement strategy consultancy with a focus on healthcare and government. We’ve developed a specialist understanding of the opportunities and issues our clients in these industries face when it comes to digital engagement, and we’re helping them to plan for, achieve and measure some great results.
Our work includes the development of digital strategies behind award-winning pharmaceutical campaigns; multiple-agency digital project management; social media strategy implementation; and work with government agencies to improve return on investment through digital marketing.
We’re not an agency – we don’t carry out creative design, advertising, web development, or any of the creative services you would expect from a digital agency. Responsibilities
- Work with Director of Digital Engagement to plan and implement sector marketing strategy, and contribute proactively to Creation Interactive’s marketing and positioning
- Plan and implement business development initiatives leading to new client wins
- Scope opportunities, define and present solutions, negotiate and close new business deals
- Work with Head of Strategy Implementation to brief and oversee the output of the consultancy delivery team
- Ensure overall client satisfaction throughout delivery
- Build new business with existing clients

Essential experience
- You are experienced in complete business development to account management cycle
- You have a track record of achieving significant results
- You have an excellent understanding of digital strategy, having gained experience with an agency or consultancy
- You have worked with global pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organisations and have built client relationships at a senior level
