Digital Strategy, Healthcare & Government

We’re looking for an exceptional individual with experience in online advertising and PPC. You must be Google Adwords Certified and be confident in your ability to define a clear digital strategy for your campaigns. Individuals with specific healthcare and public sector experience are extremely desirable.

The opportunity

You will become part of a hand-picked Associate Consultant network of skilled individuals and subject matter experts across the Globe who come together as a team to deliver industry leading projects for our Clients.

Initially, you will work on a UK-based campaign running for up to eight weeks. Ideally you will be UK-based and English will be your primary language. As a Google Adword Certified online advertising and PPC specialist, you will be expected to plan out the strategy for the campaign using existing research and your own knowledge. You will then be responsible for setting up the campaign including the creation of the PPC ads. As the campaign develops, regular reporting will be expected and ongoing development and improvements to the campaign made. Results and site analytics will also be your responsibility.

This  contract will be at a fixed rate, for a fixed scope of work.  The amount of hours that you work are in your control, and may at times fit around other obligations that you have. You will always have the right to turn down work if it is not possible for you to complete it, however by regularly taking on assignments you will also be eligible for the Creation Interactive profit sharing scheme, in addition to your regular contracted rate.

From time to time you may also be asked to take on retainer consultancy work which would require a commitment of hours per month or hours per week.

Working from a location of your own choosing, you will connect and communicate with other Creation Interactive consultants using online collaboration tools. Each project team has tasks, each with a clear brief. The piece or pieces of work that you complete will be reviewed by other team members, to ensure quality control before any final recommendations are made to the client.

Typically, you will be provided with resources and tools on a need-to-know basis, in the context of the fixed scope of work you are undertaking.

You will report to the Head of Strategy Implementation.

Your attributes

You know that a website in itself is simply not enough, and that advertising can provide exactly the right influx of visitors when the organic side of the strategy is not yet running full steam.

You are quietly confident when you know that the research and recommendations you have made is the backbone of an integrated online and offline campaign. You look for very tangible and measureable goals, unlike old-school OTS and simple impressions.

You were probably one of the first adopters of Google’s Adwords which is why you are naturally Google certified. Of course, you are not limited to these tools when it comes to doing what you do best. Your knowledge is transferable, and have likely also worked with monetizing platforms such as Yahoo!, Live, or others.

You have used and are constantly evaluating tools and techniques for improving advertising results through PPC.

You are looking to be involved with a consultancy that has international reach, and will give you access to projects and brands on the global stage. You understand that the Internet provides the means for you to work flexibly and remotely, yet you know how to stay engaged and self-motivated in a virtual team environment.

Sure, you have a lot of experience and stay on the ‘bleeding-edge’, yet you are also willing to share your knowledge with up-and-coming consultants.
